#1a. Cmich main menu navigation area + text title.
Cmich main menu navigation area is 157px (pixels). Use the inc_cmichmenu.htm include file for the nav
area. You can replace the cmich nav area with a photo or with your own nav area.
Text title area is 287px wide. Your title should fit within this area and,
preferably, not extend beyond 60% of banner width. The title can be two lines;
adjust the <div>s to fit the two lines. The title text must follow
the guidelines set in the template style guide.
You can have text menu links in the banner above the title. The text must
follow the guidelines set in the template style guide.
Linked wordmark = 120px wide.
157 + 287 + 176 + 120 = 740px.

Cmich main menu navigation area is 157px (pixels). Use the inc_cmichmenu.htm include file for the nav

Photo area is 287px wide (60% of 740px width - cmich nav width). Your image
must fit within this area.
Blank area left of wordmark = minimum of 176px wide; this area expands in
fluid page.
Linked wordmark = 120px wide.
157 + 287 + 176 + 120 = 740px.
#2a. Photo area or blank on left.
Photo area is 444px (pixels) wide (60% of 740px width). Your image must fit within
this area.
Blank area left of wordmark = minimum of 176px wide; this area expands in
fluid page. A gif of width 176px in the cell prevents banner from scaling to less
than 740.
Text title area is 444px (pixels) wide. Your title should fit within this area and,
preferably, not extend beyond 60% of banner width. The title text must follow
the guidelines set in the template style guide.
